1. Membership Options and Access:

1.1 The Holistic Body Club (HBC) offers the following membership plans:

Monthly Membership:

• $77 per month, with a 7-day FREE trial.
• Members can cancel anytime through their account.
• Unless canceled, the membership automatically renews every month.

Lifetime Access:

• One-time payment of $199, with a 7-day FREE trial.
• Includes lifetime access to all Holistic Body Club content.
• This offer is limited to the first 50 people and may be discontinued at any time.
• If not canceled within the 7-day trial period, the one-time fee will be charged and is non-refundable.

1.2 Upon canceling the Monthly Membership, members lose access to all Holistic Body Club content, including courses and monthly resources.

1.3 Members retain the price they signed up for as long as they remain active (for Monthly) or within the original agreement (for Lifetime), even if prices increase for new members.

2. Free Trials, Cancellation Policy, and Refunds:

2.1 Free Trials

• A 7-day free trial is available for both Monthly and Lifetime Access memberships.
• You will not be charged if you cancel during the trial period.
• You can cancel anytime through your account.

2.2 Monthly Membership

• You may cancel at any time through your account.
• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
• After the 7-day trial, your card will be charged $77/month unless canceled.
• No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods.

2.3 Lifetime Access

• The one-time payment of $199 will only be processed after the 7-day free trial unless canceled.
• Once charged, the payment is non-refundable.
• No cancellations or partial refunds are allowed after the trial ends.

3.2 The Holistic Body Club reserves the right to close or discontinue the membership at any time. In such cases, all active subscriptions will be automatically canceled.

4.2 HBC and its creators are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences, losses, or damages from the use of the content.

4.3 Results and experiences may vary based on individual commitment and circumstances.

4.4 Members should consult with a healthcare professional before implementing any practices, especially with pre-existing conditions.

4.5 HBC disclaims all liability for dissatisfaction or harm resulting from content usage. Members accept full responsibility for their actions.

5. Founding Members:

5.1 Founding member prices are no longer offered. However, the terms and conditions for current founding members remain unchanged and can be found here.

6. VIP Members:

6.1 VIP Memberships are currently not available.
